Millions of bumbo baby seats have been recalled because of the risk of fall that these products pose to children. There have been two separate recalls of bumbo seats involving approximately 5 million units.
Most of the incidents involving the bumbo seat arise from it being used on an elevated surface. There have been at least 50 of these incidents reported, many of which have resulted in skull fractures
